Marimekko celebrated the launch of its first-ever denim collection with an intimate lunch hosted by Artist Laila Gohar and a shopping event at its Wooster Street store
WHAT: Finnish design house Marimekko celebrated the launch of Marimekko Maridenim during New York Fashion Week, starting with an intimate lunch hosted by Marimekko Creative Director, Rebekka Bay and artist, Laila Gohar at her private residence on Saturday. The event featured a curated menu and bespoke Maridenim items outfitting the space.

WHAT: On Sunday, Marimekko's Wooster Street store welcomed more than 150 guests with a shopping event to celebrate the collection launch, with beats by DJ Bea Hardy. Stylist Madeline Swanson assisted customers with styling the brand's new denim collection alongside pieces from the Fall/Winter '24 collection.
